With over 25 years of experience in commercial real estate, Andrew Britton has recently founded Britton Property to provide a boutique retail and leisure agency in Scotland. Most recently Andrew was a Partner at Culverwell and for over 10 years has been advising national retail and leisure occupiers along with institutional landlords and developers.
During his career, Andrew has advised retail occupiers such as Superdrug, Savers, The Perfume Shop, Ann Summers, Next, Natwest and Virgin Money. Landlord clients have included Aberdeen Standard, M&G Real Estate, DTZ Investors, CBRE Global Investors, DWS Group, Land Securities along with a number of property companies and private landlords.
Andrew has been instrumental in bringing a number of new restaurant and leisure operators to Glasgow in recent times with notable lettings to Hardrock Cafe, Vodka Revolution, Living Ventures, YO! Sushi, Cote, Franco Manca, Black Sheep Coffee, ITSU, The Alchemist, Gaucho, Sugo and Pho.
